1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the phe365 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that phe365 does not guarantee any winnings.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members, guests, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity. phe365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phe365 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Single Account: You may only hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phe365 or any relevant gaming authority.

3. Account Registration & Security

When registering an account on phe365, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide a valid email address and Philippine mobile number during registration.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify phe365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• phe365 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.

phe365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Any funds in a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phe365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phe365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Transaction Fees: phe365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phe365 bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PHP. No foreign currency conversion is offered on the Platform.

phe365 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phe365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and markets specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• phe365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phe365 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. phe365 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, phe365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• phe365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the phe365 game management team is final.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type. Settlement of bets will follow the official result as determined by the relevant governing body.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phe365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your phe365 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phe365 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phe365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of phe365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phe365.
• The phe365 name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phe365 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond phe365's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

phe365 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By You: You may close your phe365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• By phe365: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, any bonus funds or promotional credits in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phe365 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phe365 customer support. phe365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phe365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
